Jeff Prostok is a Partner with over 34 years of experience in the areas of business reorganization, debtor and creditors' rights, bankruptcy litigation, and refinancing and acquisitions of troubled companies. Mr. Prostok has successfully represented a wide range of clients from the debtors in the largest Texas bankruptcy reorganization case, to small companies seeking reorganization relief. He also represents creditor committees, lenders, and bondholder groups.
