Michael K. De Chiara, one of the pre-eminent United States construction lawyers, is known for strategic thinking and successful representation of architects, engineers and owners in domestic and international matters. His reputation rests on his track record for resolving high-stakes litigations where the claims exceed $150 million, as well as his acumen in contract negotiations and drafting.
