Bill concentrates in providing advise to, and appearing in court on behalf of, debtors, official and unofficial committees, ad hoc creditor groups, lenders, and other significant stakeholders and parties-in-interest in chapter 11 and 15 proceedings. Recent engagements include: (i) the Future Claimants Representative in Takata; (ii) the ad hoc note holder group (pre-Effective Date), and the Plan Administrator (post-effective Date) in TerraVia Holdings; the Debtors in Nuo Therapeutics; the Retirees Committee in Maxus Energy; the Creditors Committee in Molycorp; and ad hoc groups of senior secured note holders in Horsehead Holding and Colt Holding. Bill also was engaged as an expert to the Joint Provisional Liquidators in LDK Solar Co. on matters of U.S. Bankruptcy law.
