■ In AAA arbitration, defeated in full a defense motion to dismiss the client’s estimated $70 million in faulty construction claims involving the installation of defective wind turbine blades at a $290 million wind farm in Panama
■ Pursued and settled a $30 million claim for copyright and trademark infringement involving the unauthorized use of TV psychic personality ‘Miss Cleo’
■ Within two months of being hired, and on the eve of trial, settled a years-old False Claims Act (FCA) qui tam action accusing a medical equipment supplier of overbilling Medicare by approximately $20 million
■ Defending Jay Peak real estate developer Ariel Quiros in an alleged $350 million fraud, including claims brought by the SEC and several classes of investors in the federal EB-5 Visa program
