The team has specialist knowledge in all the key fields of commercial dispute including domestic and international arbitration, commercial contract disputes and debt collection, IP, fraud, franchise disputes, construction, landlord and tenant and other property disputes, wills, trusts and probate disputes, insolvency and aviation, transport and logistics disputes.
Commercial Property: The team has built a strong reputation and advise on matters, including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial and residential property, commercial leases, residential, commercial and mixed developments, acquisition, disposal and relocation of pharmacies, town and country planning, lender security and advice to borrowers on Sharia compliant mortgages.
Employment: The team provides advice to meet all commercial, strategic and personal objectives, including settlement agreements, unfair dismissal, discrimination and other claims, disciplinary, capability and grievance issues, terms and conditions, restructuring, reorganisation and redundancy, TUPE and staff transfers, training and immigration.
Family: The team advises on all aspects of family and matrimonial law, including divorce, separation and more complex cases with international jurisdiction issues, large asset portfolio, corporate or more sensitive issues involving children, cohabitation, pre and post nuptial agreements. The team is experienced in acting for those in same sex relationships on all of the above, including civil partnerships and same sex marriages, arrangements for children, financial arrangements, parentage, surrogacy and mediation.
Wills, Estates & Tax Planning: The technical expertise within the team means it can offer advice and help with tax planning, wills, LPA and EPA’s, administration of estates, trusts, deputy and court of protection applications.
Residential Conveyancing: The team is made up of specialists who have a huge amount of experience in UK residential property transactions, including residential sales and purchases, mortgages and remortgages, buy-to-let, auction purchase, off plan development sales, leasehold enfranchisement, tenancy agreements and landlord and tenant matters.
