Personal Injury: The department concentrates mainly on acting for claimants. The firm was a founder member of MASS (Motor Accident Solicitors Society) and one department member is a current director. Much of the personal injury work carried out is of high value, complexity and profile. The firm has a specialist brain injury department and associations with the charities, headway and brain injury group. Two department members are APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) accredited Senior Litigators, with one also being an accredited brain injury specialist and a certified member of the Law Society’s personal injury panel.
Other Areas of Work: The firm offers a full range of litigation services including family law, employment, landlord and tenant and commercial litigation.
Non-Contentious: A full range of non-contentious services are offered including commercial property, business services, conveyancing, wills, probate, trusts and Court of Protection. The firm also has an investment department.
