Founded in 1975, QUINTANILLA, SORIA & NISHIZAWA is a law firm legally established in Bolivia with a vast career as corporate, mining and hydrocarbons’ lawyers, and their international presence in the negotiation of contracts, created what today is one of the internationally most traditional and prestigious law firms in Bolivia. ■Administrative proceeding of appeal for revocation against resolution issued by Corporación Minera de Bolivia that affects mining rights held by a client
■Due diligence and preparation of required licenses for the reactivation of a CIL plant in Bolivia Banking & Finance: Loan agreements, collateral, guarantees, securities; exchange regime, imports and exports, portfolio securitisation and trusts activities; operations and financial contracts with national and foreign clients.

Stock market transactions, capital or debt issuance, financial trusts, convertible bonds and participation certificates.
Recent work:
■Assistance to six potential investors regarding the purchase of equity in a local bank
■Assistance to a foreign investor in the negotiation and drafting of loan agreements for an amount up to of USD 4 Million
■Advised a multinational entity in a due diligence of a local bank and a USD 15 Million loan agreement
