■  Representing two broker dealers in their capacity as trustees of investments trusts created with the future flows of the national airline PLUNA, in different judicial proceedings to collect outstanding sums worth US$ 13 million from the airline
■ Leading the Creditors Committee on behalf of all general unsubordinated creditors of national airline PLUNA, in order to negotiate with State-owned partner Pluna Ente and Executive Branch, secured creditors, labour creditors, and all other major stakeholders, which ended in mayor agreement for distributing the assets among creditors
■ Representing Banco Itaú in financial restructuring and later sale to Phoenix Group of Soulpack packaging factory, including the plant mortgaged by the bank
