Banking, Finance & Capital Markets:

During the last five years, Miranda & Amado has participated in finance and capital markets transactions with an aggregate value of more than USD 30 billion. The firm has advised on the formation of five banks in Peru, more than any other firm, and has participated in more international securities offerings than any other Peruvian firm in recent years and almost all international offerings by Peruvian banks.

Bankruptcy:
The firm’s practice is naturally creditor-oriented and has acquired an international focus, representing clients in cross-border insolvency cases carried out in Peru. The firm also has relevant experience in distressed acquisition of companies and assets.

Competition/Antitrust:
The firm is involved in the majority of price fixing cases followed by Peruvian Competition Agencies in several markets (telecommunications, transportation, energy).
