Criminal Law:

Representation of individuals and companies, acting as their defence lawyers in criminal charges brought against them or representing their interests as victims of such crimes. Lawyers of the firm have extensive experience in investigation, litigation and negotiation of complex criminal cases, such as white-collar crimes, corruption, public health, environment, trademarks, etc. The firm has successfully participated in numerous cases with high public exposure.

Criminal Compliance:
Design and implementation of offences prevention models, corporate behaviour standards, crimes risks assessment and trainings, mostly in the prevention of corruption. This way companies can fully comply with the requirements of both domestic and international laws, such as FCPA and UK Bribery Act. The firm has expanded its work in this are to Peru and Argentina.

International Human Rights/International Litigation:
The defence and investigation of mass violations of human rights both litigating before the Inter American Human Rights System and integrating investigative bodies of human rights violations. The firm also is the only firm in the country that litigates before the International Criminal Court, at The Hague, currently representing victims of the conflict in northern Uganda in the case of the OTP vs Dominic Ongwen.

Administrative Sanctions Law, Civil Liability:
Experience in administrative sanctions law as a relevant player before administrative authorities, developing public and private litigation in regulatory matters. A special area covers civil liability litigation, such arising from private wrongs or as a consequence of criminal responsibility.

International Work:
The firm litigates before the Inter American Human Rights System. It is also the only one in the country that litigates before the International Criminal Court. Besides, it has designed and implemented criminal compliance programs in countries in Latin America others than Chile.
