■D&I advised the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities, the second largest shareholder of Ekokem Corporation, a leading Nordic circular economy company, in connection with Fortum’s acquisition of Ekokem at EUR 700 million on a debt and cash free basis
■D&I advised AMP Capital, a leading global infrastructure manager, and Infracapital, a leading European infrastructure investor, in their acquisition and related financing of Adven Group, a provider of critical energy infrastructure and services in Finland, Estonia and Sweden

■D&I advised BNP Paribas, Société Générale and other lenders in the Finnish aspects of the USD 2.2 billion refinancing of the FQM Group, the owner of the Pyhäsalmi copper and zinc mine
■D&I advised Kotkamills, a portfolio company of private equity firm MB Funds, on the listing of its EUR 105 million senior secured bond on Nasdaq Helsinki.
■D&I represents one of the five independent car spare part wholesalers, which the Supreme Administrative Court found guilty in 2012, in a high-profile follow-on competition damages case
■D&I acted for a number of claimants in a precedentsetting antitrust damages case following the conviction of a nation-wide asphalt cartel
