The Litigation Department of CHW is amongst the foremost in Bermuda. Coson Corporate Services Limited:
Corporate secretarial and administrative services are provided to exempted and local corporate clients through CHW’s wholly owned company, Coson Corporate Services Limited (‘Coson’). Coson provides the administrative and support services necessary to enable clients to conduct business in or from Bermuda, efficiently and in compliance with the various statutory obligations contained under Bermuda law. Coson’s services include: the provision of summary information with respect to changes in Bermuda law; accurate maintenance of all statutory records; timely filing of all required returns with the relevant authorities; provision of a registered office; provision of a representative to attend at formal meetings of the directors and shareholders to take; finalise and distribute minutes of the meetings; provision of Bermuda resident directors, and trustee and nominee services. In addition, a corporate secretary is assigned to each company administered by Coson and is available to respond to any ongoing enquiries concerning the administration of the company.

CHW’s licensed trust company, State House Trust Company Limited, offers a personal and efficient service to individual and corporate clients. These services include acting as executor and trustee of wills; acting as trustee of trusts including pension trusts; management of family assets and implementation of international estate planning; administration of private trust companies formed for the purpose of acting as trustee of a family trust or group of trusts; providing trustee services for charitable trusts and foundations, whether local or international in scope and providing administrative management facilities for subsidiary or affiliated companies.
