The firm was originally founded in 1999 with the merger of the studios of Avv. Prof. Riccardo Villata and Avv. Andreina Degli Esposti. Since then it has expanded its premises and now has an office in Rome. As one of Italy’s leading public law firms, it provides specialist advice to both public and private clients in all the practice areas relating to administrative law, from infrastructure and oil and gas projects to public utilities and environmental law. The firm assists major companies operating in the Italian oil and gas sectors with (i) the regulation process under Italian Authorities, (ii) the acquisition of concessions and administrative permits, and (iii) litigation.
