Chambers Women in Law Awards: Latin America 2016

"The Chambers Women in Law Awards are a terrific initiative - they reinforce how important it is to treat diversity as a priority inside organizations, not only for law firms but for companies also."
             - Luciana Tornovsky, Partner, Demarest

The Chambers Women in Law Awards: Latin America 2016 were held at the Hilton Hotel, Bogota, on Wednesday, October 19th 2016.

Over the past three years we have conducted extensive research into gender diversity in Latin America and hosted diversity seminars across the region, including events in São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Mexico City. The Women in Law Awards represent the culmination of our research and also celebrate those who are advancing gender equality and providing equal opportunities to women across Latin America.

A Chambers Women in Law award is an internationally renowned accolade, highlighting individuals, firms and companies who are dedicated to advancing women’s progression within the legal sphere. The Awards seek to recognise these achievements, empower the people behind innovative diversity initiatives and give greater visibility to gender diversity.
