Dianne advises clients on issues including regulatory, contractual, risk management, and patient care. Her practice also involves counseling researchers, research sponsors in clinical research, and pre-clinical and animal research matters. Dianne counsels clients on the requirements of the HIPAA Privacy Rule and Security Standards, including new requirements under HITECH and HIPAA Omnibus Rule, and state-imposed medical privacy and data security laws. She regularly assists clients with the management of data breaches and OCR investigations.
