Scott A. Stichter is a 1984 graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics. Mr. Stichter received a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University in 1987, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Board, 1985-1987 and the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Team. Mr. Stichter joined Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Prosser, P.A. in 1987. Mr. Stichter regularly represents debtors, committees, creditors, buyers and other parties in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. He is the recipient of pro bono awards from the Florida Bar Association and Hillsborough County Bar Association. He serves as the President of the Tampa Bay Bankruptcy Bar Association and previously served on the board of the Bay Area Legal Services, Inc and the Alumni Council for Wake Forest University College of Law (1994-2005).
