Mr. Forshey is Partner with 38 years of experience in the areas of bankruptcy, business reorganizations and workouts, debtor and creditors' rights. He has successfully represented a wide range of clients from the debtors in the largest Texas bankruptcy reorganization case to and small companies seeking reorganization relief. He also represents creditor committees, lenders, and bondholder groups. He was selected to the "2016 Texas Super Lawyers" and since inception of such recognition by Super Lawyers Magazine. Mr. Forshey is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and serves on TBLS-Bankruptcy Law Exam Commission.
