Bob is a member and the past chair of the firm's Labor & Employment group (2006-17). He defends companies in employment litigation and provides counseling to employers and executives on a broad range of employment related issues. Bob has substantial jury trial experience in state and federal courts, defending wrongful discharge, discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, and whistleblower cases. He also handles traditional labor cases, has defended numerous ULPs before the NLRB, and has successfully arbitrated cases across the country.
