Mark also chairs Wooden McLaughlin's Convenience Store and Fuels Marketing Group, providing downstream and midstream companies legal services in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate and asset purchases and sales, and site development. Mark estimates Wooden McLaughlin's Convenience Store and Fuels Marketing Group attorneys have represented clients in transactions involving nearly 1,000 convenience store properties.
