He represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. He advises clients on compliance, litigation avoidance, and limiting liability with respect to the full complement of employment decisions. He defends clients in all types of employment-related litigation, arbitration and agency investigations, including claims of discrimination and sexual harassment, claims under the ADA and FMLA, and claims for wages and overtime, breach of contract, and employment-related torts. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, he was a Partner at DLA Piper.
