H. Laddie Montague Jr. is Chairman Emeritus of Berger Montague, P.C. and Co-chairman of its Antitrust Department. He specializes in antitrust and other complex litigation, often representing class representatives. He has tried several class actions (Corrugated Containers, Master Key Systems and Brand Name Prescription Drugs), and throughout his career has been Lead or Co-lead counsel in a myriad of Antitrust class actions with very successful settlements. In addition, Mr. Montague was a member of the courtroom trial team in the successful Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Litigation. Mr. Montague is an elected Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
