A partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, Dan represents clients in complex commercial litigation and has achieved some of Oregon’s largest awards and settlements. He recently represented the Chairman of a large public company in defense of derivative claims challenging a compensation package. Dan frequently serves as a mediator/arbitrator in commercial and other complex disputes. He is past chair of the jury committee of American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) and past chair of the ACTL's state committee.
