Bob is Chairman of Mintz Levin and practices in the firm’s Litigation Section. He is nationally recognized as a leading trial attorney and represents major corporations and their CEOs in addition to well-known political and media figures throughout the country.

Bob’s distinguished career in the public and private sector spans more than five decades. After serving as a law clerk to a federal judge, he became a Special Assistant Attorney General and was appointed as a United States Commissioner (later known as United States Magistrate Judge). He has also served as an instructor at Boston University Law School and a guest lecturer at other law schools. Bob has been named in Best Lawyers in America annually for more than 25 years as well as White-Collar Criminal Defense Lawyer of the Year (2011 Best Lawyers).
