Finance & Real Estate:
The Finance and Real Estate Department, the largest in Hawaii, has played a major role in numerous significant commercial transactions in Hawaii and the Pacific Basin, including litigation involving real property title and title registration, zoning and land use laws, lease rent renegotiation, construction litigation, real property taxes and condemnation. The firm provides advice, negotiates agreements and drafts legal documentation for:
