James Cross has been a partner of Maucher Jenkins since 1998. He assists blue-chip clients in patent portfolio development and management, and freedom-to-operate clearance. James is also a Higher Courts litigator and recently ran a case in IPEC for a large Japanese toy company.
James has a wide range of experience in different technical areas, including fintech, telecoms, broadcast and engineering. Clients particularly value his ability to understand their business and give relevant and pragmatic advice.
