Paul advises businesses, charities and individuals on all aspects of property disputes. Paul’s work covers advice on and enforcement of lease terms, recovery of money and property, advice of real estate disputes including relating to the sale and purchase of land. In the last year Paul has acted successfully for the landlord Norfolk Square in Norfolk Square (Northern Section) Limited v M&P Enterprises (London) Limited in a number of legal claims, including securing an order for possession under the LTA 1954 following a six day trial, for a major charity in a rent review dispute and also for many other clients in unreported and/or settled cases.
Member of and former chairman of the Property Litigation Association.
