Principal Areas of Work: Through its UK and international offices, the firm has developed a dynamic corporate and commercial practice, with particular strengths in real estate finance (including Islamic finance) and project work. Projects & Construction: The department advises UK and international clients in a variety of sectors, spanning innovative PFI/PPP/DBFO project structures and joint venture/partnering initiatives. It has an established reputation for innovation, working in the forefront of changing legislation.
Litigation: This department deals with a wide range of commercial civil litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) both nationally and internationally, as well as public law and judicial review. It is also involved in banking, real estate, insolvency and employment and personal injury work. The department has a high reputation for its construction work, including mediation and adjudication.
Pensions: The Pensions team advises on all areas of pensions which enables the team to have a clear understanding of their clients’ needs, allowing it to offer business solutions to complex legal problems.
