Arbili v Arbili [2015] EWCA Civ 542: Lois Langton successfully acted for the wife, the Court of Appeal case concerned treatment of inherited property and the use of unlawfully obtained confidential information. 

UL v BK [2013] EWHC 1735 (Fam): Lois acted successfully for the husband, this case remains the leading Family Law authority on freezing injunctions & without notice applications, it also provided clear updated guidance on Imerman principles. 

DM and LK, Re [2016] EWHC 270 (Fam): Lois acted successfully for the commissioning parents, the case is a leading authority on what constitutes an "enduring relationship" and provides guidance on the issue of consent in surrogacy agreements. 

G v G [2015] EWHC 2101 (Fam): Alan Kaufman acted successfully for a former wife, the case examined the interplay of UK and European law in a Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) application to determine jurisdiction. The ex-husband appealed to the Court of Appeal.The team again successfully challenged and defeated the application is now reported as Magiera v Magiera [2016] EWCA Civ 1292.
