Dawn specialises in chancery commercial litigation with particular emphasis on insolvency, civil fraud and company. She frequently acts in cases involving misfeasance, transaction avoidance, wrongful trading and contractual disputes. Previously Dawn was Junior Counsel for BEIS for Directors’ Disqualification Directions hearings, which provided extensive experience of directors’ duties, particularly in an insolvency context.
