His practice is at the highest level nationally. He specialises in complex, difficult and sensitive cases. He can understand intricate facts, marshal them, and convey them with the strong advocacy of an established criminal silk. His tactical analysis and judgment is much praised. His cross-examination is memorable. He has good financial sense and a strong intellectual ability.

His recent court work includes; News International Journalists in Operation Elveden, numerous high-value frauds and financial disputes, gross negligence and corporate manslaughter, misconduct in public office, and international advisory work.
He has particular experience in Professional Misconduct, inquests and Professional Regulatory work before Professional bodies such as the SRA and the police. He has been instructed in some of the highest profile inquests of recent times.
He has strong links with South East Asia.
