All areas of litigious property work, including party walls (eg SAI Ventures v Compstar Properties 2016, Whybrow & Co.Ltd v James 2017), rights of light (eg Scott v Aimiuwu 2016, Milroy v Pirie 2017), easements (Graham v Welford 2017), professional negligence, landlord & tenant and conveyancing disputes. He is a member of RICS working groups on Rights of Light and on Party Walls and is noimiated as an expert to determine property disputes by the President of the RICS. He has extensive experience in the Court of Protection, property and affairs and welfare, and has appeared in leading cases under the Mental Health Act 1983 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (including Re M [2011] 1WLR 344, Re P [2010] 2FLR 1712, Re K 2017). Wide experience in private client work, both litigious and non-litigious, including administration of estates and will disputes (eg Page v Foster 2017, Koumis v Koumis 2016)
