He continues to be instructed by local housing authorities and the leading solicitors in the social housing field, and is known for his instinctive client care skills, thorough knowledge of the law, tactical awareness and exceptional advocacy skills. His practice covers all areas of social housing law from possession, closure order and injunction work, through to homelessness appeals, allocation scheme advice and representation, housing fraud, licensing work in the housing field, public law defences and Equality Act 2010 issues. This is alongside general policy, regulatory, council tax and tenancy work for private registered providers. Andy is also an established speaker at seminars and conferences.
