Court of Protection cases have involved the appointment and removal of attorneys and deputies, the making of statutory wills and gifts, the determination of appropriate residential care for the patient, the legality of attempts by family members to limit contact to the patient by other family members, the appointment of trustees, and other matters. Also wide experience in general private client disputes concerning probate, the administration of estates, Inheritance Act claims, and the construction and administration of trusts.
