Saira’s practice covers all aspects of planning and environmental law, local government, highways, compulsory purchase, Transport and Works Orders and parliamentary. She regularly appears in the Court of Appeal, High Court, Public Inquiries and the Crown and Magistrates Courts in a wide range of proceedings. Her recent Infrastructure and Parliamentary includes promoting the North Doncaster Chord Development Consent Order, Wosacting in the Special Parliamentary Procedure in respect of the Rookery South Order and acting for Crossrail in respect of a number of Transport and Works Orders including the Kensal Green Order, Paddington and Bakerloo and Plumstead.
