Mark is a leading silk in the fields of planning law, local government and administrative law, and environmental law.
He has specialised in planning for over 30 years and in that time has gained experience of most development projects and problems that come to inquiry or before the Courts. Mark has also been instructed in substantial local government cases, particularly those relating to vires finance issues and CPOs, for many years by both the public and private sectors.
