Specialises exclusively in partnership and limited liability partnership law and provide solicitors and other professional and trading partnerships and LLPs with a full range of legal services, from the drafting of new agreements and the review of existing agreements to advice and representation in partnership disputes, arbitrations and mediations. Chambers’ aim, where possible, is to assist clients with the process of resolving disputes, without recourse to litigation and provide ongoing advice and support from the embryonic stages of a developing dispute, right through to the conclusion of any litigation or until a negotiated settlement is reached.
