Partner since 2006, he is a litigation and arbitration expert, focusing on complex corporate, regulatory, civil and constitutional conflicts. Represents several electricity, oil, gas and telecommunications companies in major judicial and arbitration cases, dealing with complex regulatory matters. Leads strategies in cases involving the violation of foreign investment stability conditions. He received a JD degree from Universidad de Lima, 1996. From 2001 to 2003, he was partner of Estudio Jorge Avendaño Valdez. He has been a professor of Civil Procedure for more than 10 years at the most prestigious law schools in Lima.
