Caio is a founding partner and the co-head of PNM Antitrust, TMT and Public Law areas. He is the former Director of the Competition Department of the Ministry of Justice, during a period of intense regulatory change. With an LLM and a JSD from Yale Law School, he is also a Professor of Law at FGV Law School, in São Paulo, with several articles published in Brazil and abroad. Caio brings together strong technical expertise with intense experience in antitrust and regulatory matters. He has consistent track record in a broad range of industries and types of investigations.
