Ms Ferraro´s practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration, with particular emphasis on disputes related to the energy sector and the extractive industries, including mining and other natural resources. She has significant experience in disputes involving the state or state-owned entities. She has represented investors and respondent states in investment arbitration. She received her law degree from the Peru Catholic University with the highest honors and an LLM from NYU (Vanderbilt Scholarship). She is admitted to practice in Peru and the state of New York. She has acted as arbitrator under the Lima Chamber of Commerce rules.
