Business labour consultant with more than sixteen years of professional experience in consulting, collective bargaining, restructuring processes and attention to lawsuits. He provides legal advise to clients in different inquiries and legal proceedings before Colombia Courts. In addition, he represents clients before the Ministry of Labour, UGPP and other state entities. He has acted as umpire in different arbitration tribunals on behalf of his clients.

Studied law at the Universidad Javeriana and obtained a specialisation in labour, employment and social security law at the same university. He thought Procedural Law at the Javeriana, and "Employment Contract" in the specialization of labor law at Universidad Sergio Arboleda. Is professor of the Continued Studies Department and in the certificate in conciliation and employment law at the Javeriana. He is professor at the postgraduate course organized by the Department of Continuing Education of the Faculty of Law at the Javeriana for ACRIP, providing labor law courses.
