Daniel advises artists, collectors, estates, foundations, galleries and museums on a range of contentious and non-contentious issues. From disputes involving stolen artworks, authenticity and export, to advising on art related transactions and commissions. He also specialises in IP law, advising artists and photographers on licensing and enforcement.
