His work has a particular emphasis on the resolution of complex financial disputes, often involving foreign jurisdictions for high net worth individuals, whether married or unmarried. Has a particular interest in cohabitation claims including the property rights of unmarried families. Also advises on disputes relating to financial provision for children.
