Emma is a specialist family lawyer dealing primarily with divorce and associated financial matters. A significant number of her cases involve trusts, family businesses, inherited wealth, international forum disputes and tracing assets. She also advises on pre or post-nuptial contracts, separation agreements and private children issues. As a qualified mediator and collaborative lawyer, Emma provides alternatives to traditional methods of dispute resolution.
