French Law & Property:
The specialist dual-qualified team advise individuals on all aspects of French property law, including sales and purchases and ownership structures. The team is increasingly sought after for succession issues involving France and the EU Succession Regulation 650/12, estate planning, wills, cross-border tax advice, French probate and administration of successions. Complex cross-border issues, capacity issues involving French property, and transfers of property following divorce, are also matters in which the team act regularly.

The team advises on dispute resolution involving high value trusts and estates, including disputes concerning claims by or against estates or trusts, the validity of documents, capacity, undue influence, applications for rectification or construction, and the removal of fiduciaries. Family & Children:
The team has considerable experience in advising on cases involving individuals with significant resources, including those with company interests and complex corporate structures, large family trusts, overseas assets and pensions. The team regularly advises high net worth clients on the full range of issues arising on divorce and separation, as well as arrangements for children, applications under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989, applications for removal of children from the jurisdiction, international children matters, and complex pre and post nuptial agreements.
