Ivan Todorov is the founder and Managing Partner of Georgiev, Todorov & Co. Founder and member of the Bulgarian Association for European Law (2008). Founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Juridical Association (2010). Member and speaker in “Administrative Justice” Project (2003 – 2005). National Reporter on UN-project for Administrative Modernization of Central and Eastern Europe (1991 – 1993). He holds a PhD in Administrative Law. Since 2010 he is a professor on Administrative Law and Administrative Proceedings. He has led some of the most significant administrative procedures in Bulgaria and the lawsuits following them (such as the privatization of Bulgarian Maritime Fleet, Bulgarian Telecommunication Company, the licensing of the second and the third GSM operators, the national license of Nova Television, the concessions of Varna and Burgas Airports, legal proceedings of Microsoft and Mitsui before the CPC).
He is author of numerous publications, some of which are: Interaction between European and Bulgarian Administrative Law after enforcement of the Treaty of Lisbon; Interaction between European and Bulgarian Administrative Law; The Individual Administrative Act on Administrative Procedural Code etc.
