He was involved in the research made on the Transformation of Commercial Companies in Max Plank Institute for Comparative and International Private Law - Hamburg, Germany, 2001-2002. In 2002 he is an expert in a project financed by the World Bank concerning the improvement of Corporate Governance Legislation.
