Engaged in significant shareholder litigation in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal of Jamaica.

Georgia is head of the media & Entertainment department of the firm. In that role she recently appeared for Television Jamaica Limited in the landmark decision of Television Jamaica Limited v. CVM Television Limited. It is a copyright infringement and licensing decision, the first of its kind in the region.

She also appeared for Brendan Bain against the University of the West Indies which was landmark ruling on the Charter in the context of expert evidence and employment law.
