Jason R. Baron is Of Counsel in Drinker Biddle’s Information Governance and eDiscovery group. His legal practice consists of creative problem-solving for clients with issues involving the management of records and information, including meeting their e-discovery and compliance obligations. He also serves as Co-Chair of The Information Governance Initiative, a vendor-neutral industry consortium and think tank dedicated to advancing best practices in the information governance space.

Clark Outstanding Government Lawyer award. He previously served 33 years as a lawyer in US government positions, including at the Justice Department and as Director of Litigation at the National Archives and Records Administration.
