MAIN AREAS OF PRACTICE:
The firm’s antitrust team works together with its M&A team in the assessment of submission requirements and in the drafting and negotiation of agreements, including agreements in light of gun jumping rules. The firm also acts in all types investigations and other administrative proceedings conducted by antitrust authorities, as well as in the structuring and negotiation of leniency agreements.
Banking & Finance:
The firm advises local or foreign financial institutions, credit agencies and borrowers in all forms of domestic or cross-border financing transactions, corporate loans, structured deals, trade finance, export pre-payments among others. It also assists financial institutions in all sorts of regulatory matters.
The firm advises issuers and underwriters in equity offerings (including IPOs, and Depositary Receipts), debt offerings and other issuances of securities. Its practice covers domestic and cross-border transactions including issuances under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the SEC. The firm’s practice also includes fund formation and securitisation transactions.
The firm’s banking and bankruptcy teams have extensive experience in advising borrowers and lenders in complex debt restructurings, involving domestic as well as cross-border debt and assets. They also represent creditors in all types of insolvency proceedings in the implementation of work-out alternatives, including good company/bad company structures.
The firm has expert teams in all forms of dispute resolution and prevention, representing clients in administrative, judicial and arbitration proceedings, and covering commercial, corporate, competition, banking, contractual, liability, environmental and regulatory aspects (such as aviation, telecoms and power).

Oil & Gas:
