International Arbitration:
With deep experience in investment protection and disputes in sectors such as energy, insurance and infrastructure, PBP leads the arbitration practice in Ecuador handling cases at the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), among others.

Banking:
PBP advises private and multilateral banks, local and foreign companies and the Ecuadorian State in areas of negotiation, structuring, financial and banking operations.
